From start to finish everything was done as I had hoped it would be. Shane was very thorough, a clean and tidy workman and he tested the whole system thoroughly before leaving. Yet again AGS engineer was bang on time and carried out the service, didn’t rush and advised best usage of boiler to keep unnecessary and unneeded expense. Cheerful and very professional. I’ve been with two off the main providers of energy and servicing and will never go back. AGS made me feel valued unlike others. The lady from the office called me to remind me that my service was due, she was also polite, cheerful and asked when it was convenient for me to have the service without hindering my routine.
