  All the work Andy has done for me is excellent quality. I would definitely recommend him.

  I ordered a new carpet but when I removed the old carpet there was floorboards that needed replacing. I rang Andy and he came out the following morning and repaired and replaced floorboards so it is ready for the carpet fitters. As always Andy was punctual, polite and did a great job.

  Outstanding service and workmanship.

  Couldn’t be happier with work carried out by Andy and Howard, they are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Even though they had a busy schedule, they managed to fit us in, which was really appreciated. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and they took the time to explain requirements every step of the way, already booked them in for further works. It's not easy finding a builder you can completely trust, but you can with Andy Kille.

  Damp patch resolved quick and easy 10/10

  Andy came to check out some damp effected areas in diningroom, he quickly identified the issue with sealant missing round the window. He was able to remedy this quickly and offered advice on fixing everything once it had all dried out. What I thought was going to be a costly damp repair turned it a quick and easy fix with Andys knowledge!!! If you need a builder Andy is the man

  The highest standard of building work completed.

  We engaged Andy after a conversation with someone else having been let down. We have a house where the front door came straight into our sitting room so wanted a good quality, insulated porch built on that did not look out of character with the rest of the house. Andy listened to what we wanted. From day one Andy turned up on time, kept us informed, was professional and our build progressed well. He was tidy in his work, the site was left in a safe and tidy condition at the end of every day and ready to start the next day. He was respectful to us and our property. We are delighted with it.

  andy turned up in time did what i can only say was a top professional repair of my roof tiles he also checked the other 3 roofs on the house which wasn't expected he reported the work to me and showed me photos
