Andy retired the balcony at my flat. He estimated 3 days for the job and completed on time. He laid floor covering through the flat and was very tidy. We had no clearing to do when he finished. Andy responded quickly to my request, and provided a clear and accurate quote. The tiling he has done looks excellent. In particular, his attention to detail in matching tile patterns around the corners of a niche is noteworthy.
