Andy was very efficient in providing a quote and a date to do the work for 2 jobs that needed to be done re the chimney and also a wall repair following the ingress of water. He was very tidy and we were very happy with the work that was undertaken. We would certainly use him again.

I recently had work done to fill the hole left from removing an old fireplace and flue, including external brickwork replacement, and I highly recommend Andy Welch. We took Andy on to convert the back of our garage into a utility room and were exceptionally pleased with the end result. Andy was reasonably priced compared to the other quotes and his quality of work was fantastic. Andy is very approachable, works very hard and always had an answer/fix for any curveball we threw at him throughout the build. His experience also really shone through to begin with as he saw past potential problems with creative solutions. We are very pleased with the finished room and would highly recommend Andy to anyone needing a general builder.
