Repointing

The company completed the job of repointing a section of wall outside my basement, but in doing so poured concrete down the drain outside the door. As a result, after being away for 2 days, I came back to find that my basement had been flooded by the blocked drain outside the door (the plumber who unblocked it pulled concrete out of the pipes). It has caused significant damage to the property and the belongings inside, and I haven't yet had a response from the company to resolve this.

We asked Angelo to build a new brick wall in our communal garden and reconstruct a portion of existing wall. We are extremely satisfied with the result, I would also point out the excellent experience from start to finish thanks to the professionalism, punctuality and courtesy of Angelo and his staff.
