From reviews on site and score, and also because they were close to my home address, chose Anglian Drainage. Started poorly as left message to contact me, but then had to chase up couple of days later. Then told to send email with details but did not get any reply from this as “did not see your email”. Finally got reply as to when they could come out, 2 weeks after original call. Day of visit arrives and no one shows up, not even a courtesy call to say unable to come. Very poor service, and this is before any work even carried out.
