White plastic cladding securely and neatly fitted to extension to building. We had the ‘A’ team from Torbay complete the work and all scaffolding removed the next day.

The guys arrived on time . Laid dustsheets right through to the bedroom. They were very professional in replacing a very large double glazed window.

The Anglian installers appeared, on the day and at the time agreed, to replace my remaining Crittall (single glazed, metal framed) windows with uPVC double glazed units (the antithesis of the Crittall windows, no conductive heat loss via the frames and double rather than single glazed). The guys were knowledgeable, efficient and pretty clean in replacing the (2 single - 1 with a quarterlight, 1 quad with 2 reveals and a quarterlight, 1 oversized single, 1 half height reveal and a small, incredibly tight, non-standard size one-time larder air vent) windows with bright, double glazed units.

Pleased we were offered an earlier fitting date, as a team was available. The fitting team ensured they had adequate clear work space for each window, protecting floor surfaces and furniture. Fitting took two days for nineteen windows. Very please with the quality of the windows and fitting.

I chose Anglian to quote me as they have a good reputation and are a household name. Organised a visit… NO SHOW, rang up and was told they will re book for next week … NO SHOW, I rang up and said I will be going elsewhere and informed them of the poor service… got a call offering big discounts if I rearranged to which I agreed… NO SHOW yet again! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES AVOID!!

I was able to get a quote very promptly. The person who fitted the window arrived promptly, did a good job AND tidied up afterwards.
