Wasp nest removal
Russell visited within12 hours of us emailing an enquiry. He explained where the nest was and how he was going to treat it, and explained that he may need to come and do a 2nd spray due to the location of the nest, but that it was all included in the price. Dealing with mice/rat in loft.
We were very pleased with Russell. He came promptly on his first visit and was on time for subsequent visits. He was very thorough explaining in detail what he was doing and left a written report and also a printed sheet of guidelines dealing with vermin. He also set up a movement camera to help detect. Rodent problem resolved professionally
Excellent. Efficient, methodical, very professional, thorough and courteous. The rat problem was dealt with in the proposed time. Everything was clearly explained and all options discussed in detail before work commenced. Impressed that an emergency call out was responded to immediately and on a bank holiday.
