Anne carried out the work of installing our new landing light quickly and efficiently. She successfully navigated the problem of the light fitting being above the stairs rather than the landing itself. As we have always found with Anne, she carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and ensured nothing was left to be cleared up after she had gone. We find Anne's costs reasonable and competitive, and we will have no hesitation in looking to use her expertise again in the future.

Anne came out to diagnose an intermittent tripping fault on our kitchen circuit. She was punctual, tidy, and worked meticulously — she checked every socket and traced the problem to a faulty section of cable. She resolved it and adjusting the protection accordingly, then took the time to clearly explain what the fault was, how she’d fixed it, and what to expect going forward. She was also reliable and true to her word — when she says she’ll come, she comes — and her pricing was very fair and reasonable. From start to finish the service was first class. Professional, thorough, and reassuring.

Anne was very responsive and gave excellent advice before attending my property to undertake the required work - which was completed to a very high standard and at a good price.

I contacted a few electricians about remedial works that we needed doing in our property. Anne was the first to respond and was by far the most responsive, we managed to fix a date very quickly. She arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the work and was very easy to deal with. She also did a great job!
