Excellent work ethic, good timekeeping and regular updates . Nothing was to much trouble,very tidy. Highly recommended

Jim Ansell was employed to install 2 fence panels and a new garden gate. One of the fence panels was very inferior quality to my original panel and I noticed a large crack in it which then became 3 cracks. His first reaction to this was too advise me that it was a cheap fence. This had to be replaced by another company because he decided he didnt want to come back to me as he suddenly realised I was too far away from him, but agreed after much debate and making me get other quotes for the work to take a small amount off the final bill. I am out of pocket for this. He used unprofessional dialogue texting me chasing for money The expensive rear garden gate has warped and I question suitable materials used and construction as it is now bowing. This gate does not shut and is not fit for purpose. He has refused to respond to me about this. I would never use him again

This work was completed over two evenings which was agreed before the work began. The estimate was kept to and the work was completed to a very high standard with care taken to protect the surrounding area and cleaned up before Jim's departure. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out tree work.

From the word go, Jim's attitude was first class. A very keen price that he stuck to. The quality of work is truly excellent and we are delighted. Would have no hesitation in recommending Jim.

Jim did an excellent job on new fence looks fantastic. He is very polite and personable, this is the second job he has carried out for me and will I use again in the future as and when required. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you very much for an excellent job its so nice dealing with someone who has pride in their work.

The work carried out was excellent, the garden looks great now, where the shrubs were removed you wouldn't know they were ever there. The area tidied up after removal. Fencing panels of good quality, will definitely bring him back to replace the rest of the fencing at a later date. He even vacuumed up all the Autumn leaves which I wasn't expecting.
