Fantastic experience -resolved over text -free of charge!
Moving into my first house and couldn't figure out how the heating went on- thought it was a problem with the boiler- but after a few short messages Anth figured out what was going on - responses were so quick. The problem was I hadn't turned on another temp dial! Felt really stupid - it was sorted so quick - all through text messages- best part was no charge for his time and patience! Rang Anth as my boiler was displaying an error code. Anth talked me through the process over the phone to get the boiler back up and running. Took less than 5 minutes.
