  Mark was very polite, courteous and very friendly. He asked questions about our heating system and was genuinely interested. He serviced the boiler quickly and efficiently and then bled all the radiators. He was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

• Annual service and heating investigation work

  Tony did a great job servicing my boiler, and I arranged with Emma for him to return at a later date to investigate issues with the hot water and heating. Really friendly and easy to deal with, and Tony spent time investigating issues and coming up with solutions which would identify the cause of the problem and be the most economical. Have no hesitation recommending.

• Leaking boiler on a bank holiday weekend

  Despite it being bank holiday, they responded immediately and within an hour or so had told me how to staunch the flow of water until they could get to me. Someone came as soon as possible and sorted it out with skill, speed and courtesy.

  I'd thoroughly recommend Anthony's. We have two old oil boilers who used to be serviced annually by someone who's now retired. We're delighted to have found Anthony's who are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reassuringly interested in making that the boilers work efficiently as possible. Their prices are also comparable with what we paid before. It's just a shame we didn't find them sooner!
