Terence was excellent, reliable and went beyond to ensure our sale stayed on track. We were selling our house and the survey indicated possibility of asbestos in the loft. Within a week of contacting him samples were off the lab. They proved to be positive and we arranged for AAC to remove and make safe. Then a twist when the buyers informed us they were on a time critical exchange and had to do so next week! Terence rose to the task and removed everything to enable us to keep on track for the sale. Very much a 5* service and vey happy to recommend him.

I employed Anthony Asbestos Consultancy Ltd, to carry out a full asbestos survey on my house, including sample testing results. Terence carried out the survey in an extremely professional manner & although my own personal knowledge of asbestos is extremely limited, I found the extensive report & laboratory test results easy to navigate & understand. Also, the survey & testing was carried out within a very short timeframe. I would not hesitate to recommend AAC, for any/all Asbestos related issues.
