Quality of work is the highest.

Absolutely first class service from Agnieszka and on a Sunday afternoon at short notice too! I thoroughly recommend this lady who really knows what she is doing. A deep clean done on a bedroom to the highest of standards. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who wants a regular cleaning service or a deep clean. Prices extremely reasonable.

  Deep clean of house

  - Agnieszka, Chloe and their window cleaning colleagues were very professional and friendly. - For this deep clean task, Agnieszka not only cleaned, but also organised her trusted window cleaning services. - Agnieszka also went out of her way to provide advice and suggestions for how to keep clean in the future. - I mentioned that I wanted to get rid of an old doormat, which we agreed Agnieszka would dispose of. Agnieszka not only disposed of it, but went out of her way to get a new doormat, which was a pleasant surprise. - Everyone clearly enjoyed what they do, which makes the customer experience all the more positive. - The only reason I rated "9/10" (i.e. 1 point below of perfect) on quality of work is because I did still find the odd bit of dust / bugs. However, it was around where I was sitting during the clean, so I think that may have just been me being in the way.

End of Tenancy / Move Cleaning

  Prompt, tidy and professional!

Loved working with Andtidote. Agnieszka was prompt in responding, and even agreed to take on the work during the weekend and did a stellar job completing the works. A true lifesaver to finish up a job after the letting agency dropped additional things to do in the last week. Would highly recommend and will use them for our regular house cleaning and maintenance more often as well.

  End of tenancy clean

We used Antidote Services for an end-of-tenancy clean, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Agnieszka was extremely flexible, accommodating us at very short notice. She was punctual and efficient from the moment she arrived, wasting no time getting to work. She brought all of her own cleaning products and knew exactly what to do to the highest standards. Agnieszka was exceptionally thorough and professional, cleaning the entire flat impeccably. We will surely use her services again and we highly recommend Agnieszka's services for a prompt and stress-free solution!

Amazing work at a critical time!

Agnieszka and Pawel were prompt and super easy to work with. We needed a cleaning done urgently before handing back our flat and came out on Sunday to sort things out. They mowed the lawn, pruned the borders and cleaned up the garden, cleaned all the exteriors of the windows and doors, and the ground level gutters. They were a lifesaver at a critical time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient clean!
