If I could give this company a minus rating I would! DO NOT USE! Booked a house clearance 2 weeks before I was supposed to move. Guy turns up half hour before closing time and says he can't do the clearance as it would need an extra van, he took pictures of what needed to be collected. So we booked for the following week (today) for house and garden clearance and paid just under £1000. They turned up and said nope we can't do it either, we were not told by Anyjunk it was a clearance (they were subcontractors) took more pictures then left saying I would get a refund. I said that doesn't help m

The company don't take what they are meant to, they took a bit of cardboard and said it was a extra large load, We have called and talked to management about this job 4 times. They Sent same guy back in a transit van and took a few floor boards and said it was 4 yards. Left 90% of the rubbish which would fill 1x 8 yard Skip worth of rubbish but being told it's 28 yards. We use Skips all the time and couldn't on this job. They use subcontractors, had same problem on few of my jobs Avoid
