Simon was great, and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a knowledgeable and reliable plumber, who I fully intend to use again in the future. He explained his assessment about the reason for the leak, and he located a spare part on the internet as he was unable to buy it locally. At my request, he advised me about some additional works that I need to have completed at some point in the future. I won't be going anywhere else 🙂

We we were in an emergency situation as the toilet was blocked during a weekend. I phoned several plummers but none could come to our aid except Simon. He arrived as soon as he could as he was attending anther job. He explained we needed a new toilet- which I was not surprised as itcwas very old. He arranged all the details regarding ordering and with in days he had installed a new toilet. We are delighted with Simons workmanship and will most definitely call him again if necessary We were very grateful indeed for the excellent service he provided at a time when we were desperate.

Replied to my call quickly. Gave quote straight away. Once l gave the go ahead work was completed satisfactorily. Overall very good service.

The Saniflow ceased to function and water was rising in the toilet bowl. Simon came immediately, replaced the Saniflow and the situation has been resolved promptly and before Christmas. Thank you very much. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon to others.

Simon arrived promptly to assess the problem. He arranged a date for replacing all the worn out and leaking parts and completed the job on time and within budget. A very likable, professional plumber who I would 100% recommend. Top man who deserves 5 stars.

Simon was very efficient and clean and tidy. He came out on the day to assess and quote and was able to complete the job a few days later. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in future.
