Agreed on what was needed agreed a price £800 , got no receipt said any problems give ring I gave him chance to come right it but didn't turn up no new tiles lead done and not water tight

**avoid** Got quotes re-felting, install lead flashing and install 2 skylights on my extensions flat roof. Robert came along and created an absolute nightmare by cutting through supporting beams and simply inputting the windows on a hole he cut out without having the windows raised from the roof. He didn’t box in the beams and also instead of lead flashing he used gaffer tape for flashing which pealed away in a few days. We had water coming in from day one and the roof started to sag from inside. Tries to come to some sort of an arrangement and but now his business is being liquidated.
