The external and internal unit for the air conditioner installed have started falling off the walls. As this work was subcontracted through BOXT they are working to find alternative contractors to remove and reinstall the system safely.

They really cared about doing a good job and great customer satisfaction, going the extra mile! The communication was great pre installation of our air conditioning system. Happy to have met them.

I had such a positive experience from AO Refrigeration and Heat Pump Renewal Ltd. Communications before the job were thoroughly done, I knew exactly what to expect before he arrived. On arrival, he was polite and friendly, explaining what he would be doing, then got on with the job in hand. Everything to do my air-con system works perfectly and I would highly recommend anyone.

AO Refrigeration were fantastic, and came out to do a small (but tough) job for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier!

Amazing job in fitting my air condition in my property. Work done to a high standard. AO Ref did the work and my rented property in Ashington is very good. I do intend to install another one in addition.
