    A very thorough and diligent inspection at the agreed price. Gary clearly explained the reason he was not able to issue a pass certificate. I have no hesitation booking for Gary to come back and complete the remedial works required to pass the safety test. The price quoted for remedial work was very reasonable and includes the re-test.
