• Lintels and Re-pointing

  Quite an intrusive bit of work needed to be done to the house. 7 windows needed 7 lintels retrofitted. Andy and the team made sure the job was done to a very high standard with minimal impact on the house inside. I’d describe them as reliable, efficient, dependable, informative and friendly. Minor snag on one window approximately 2 weeks after the job was complete and paid-up. Andy was out the next day to diagnose and fix the issue. Would 100% get them back in if I need any other work done at a later date. Thanks very much.

• Joinery media wall three interior doors

  This man did this work in my home showing know consideration for my toy dogs and was totally disrespectful all the work he carried out had to be removed and redone media wall arctrave locks damage to fire door would not give me his address when I eventually found him he has ignored all correspondence I have nowtaken legal action also the mess he left was beyond comprehension it was very stressful journey I had to consult my GP it effected my general health he has been left messages from authorities about his conduct he does not respond I'm in my seventies this is unacceptable

• Integral garage conversion

  We recently had Andy and his team convert half of our integral garage into a playroom. Put in a raised, insulated floor, a new stud wall, moved an internal door, moved a light fixture, housed the boiler, fitted a large radiator, added 4x double sockets, fully plastered the room, and fitted laminate flooring... All in under a week and for a very good price. Andy was very accommodating of additions to the job and came back quickly with updated quotes. Would highly recommend and would definitely use APA Building and Joinery again.

• Building work, vinyl flooring and door hanging

  Andy and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Andy was really helpful in making recommendations and advice on which flooring to choose as we wanted LVT flooring herringbone style, as well as recommending which door would be best suited to match our existing ones. Andy coordinated all of the works between the electrician and plasterer so everything came together seamlessly. Andy and the lads were really friendly, efficient and patient, even with a dog, cat and child running around!

• New banisters and joists

  Andy and his team did an excellent job installing new banisters, Newell posts and spindles over our three storey house as well as replacing old joists and floorboards. The work was done punctually and professionally, to exacting standards, with clear communication and courtesy throughout. Waste was also collected quickly. We would definitely use them again.

Have done a great job of our media wall exactly how I wanted, but also such a friendly team with great communication throughout, so helpful with any questions I have had. Will definitely use APA building an joinery again and would recommend.
