Tony went above and beyond to sort my tap replacement out. He took the time to talk me through what I should be looking for by way of thread size, why it needs to be a certain measurement and other tips. Armed with this info I had the lovely lady in B&Q demented as they don't have pictures of what the underneath of the taps looked like, so several opened boxes later and probably much to the relief of the sales person I picked the 1st one out of 6. And that was the easy bit! Tony then had a pig of a job rectifying the botch it job from a previous plumbers pipework.

Tony was an absolute pleasure and literally saved me from having a meltdown! After having been left by another gas fitter with half a gas fire stuck to the wall (he couldn't get it off and walked away!), gas pipes exposed and deemed dangerous, Cadent gas had no choice but to cap our gas meter until the fire was fully taken out. Tony came to the rescue the day after and within 20 minutes the fire was out and gas was capped. He then bricked up the flue hole in the wall, cut and capped the gas pipe at the top of the house on the outside wall, and reset our boiler for us. What a guy! Thank you!

Tony really understands plumbing - I was delighted. He came over as very honest and proud of his workmanship. This is the second time I have used him, good work and a fair price.

We have a boiler in one part of the house and wanted a radiator in the conservatory which we though about for a number of years as access for the new pipes would be tricky. Tony managed to fit the new pipes and radiator with very little mess and we wish we had done it years ago. Took 1 day and no mess left at all
