Put vent in the room and clean mould and apply mould proof
Worst i wish I couldn’t have given this job to this company, he put vent upside down in the room and outside and water is coming from the vent and damp the floor, it was expensive job and he isn’t replying or correcting it so dont go for this company. He didnt clean the mould instead put mould proof on the top.

Lead lining and concrete floor
Concrete work was good, but lead lining was not optimal. Had to be re-done. But concrete floor was done to the brief and completed quickly.

avoid this company
Be very careful with this trades company and their people (Alfie and Paul) Alfie failed to sort out leaking shower but kept pressurising for prompt payment the same evening. We reluctantly obliged even when the invoice was not sent multiple requests to come and resolve the still leaking shower base was ignored - he failed to return after false promises at allocated times over 4 days. He even threatened that he knew where my father lived after we requested money back Paul (business partner) failed to return the payment even after say that he would Avoid this company - dangerous tradesman

We did the work what we quoted for we said to.your brother that it was the drain. I even said I.would come back free of charge and do this but after you was so rude I was like no.way I was good enuff to offer my services as fast as I need I.even came round and solved the problem then tryed to.blame me for the leak wen I.proved to you it had nuffing to.do with are work all this.over you wonted a 300 refund what I charged for the job
