What a really nice genuine chap ! And he supports the same football team so that help…..we had an issue with the box for the CCTV and on his advise we are changing the system. I am happy with this and happy with the prompt response to getting this ordered and arranging a follow up for Monday. So all in all so far so good 😊

APD alarms were there when they said they would be there. Changed the broken PIR, so on the whole we’re good. Call out charge was steep (Date is approximate)

Andi is outstanding, so open in his explanation of the fault, this was unbelievable he came back on the same day & repair & serviced our Texcom Elite 24 saving is money & the hassle, we have agreed to have a yearly service, no contact, highly recommend
