New kitchen & flooring
Like others we have recently had work completed but now they won’t answer our calls to deal with a couple of snags! Very disappointed. I think it needs to be removed.

Lack of Communication. Apex seem to have gone AWOL.
Similar to the previous review. We have had previous work completed by this company and the work completed was fine. We wanted further work completed and they have ignored all our recent emails, texts, calls and messages. Unsure what's happening but a lack of communication is disappointing and has led us to seek other builders out.

Brett contacted me and organised a visit to quote me on the work. Since that visit I have heard nothing back from him . I have sent messages even phoned the company several times , o ly to get the answer machine. No one returned .you calls or texts. You have just lost out on £10k of work.

Fitted new Howden’s kitchen & removed adjoining wall & laid new LVT floor throughout
Men were polite, tidied up well, showed good attention to detail, adaptable when the job revealed unexpected issues. Really pleased with end result

guttering/fascia, kitchen ceiling, repointing, window replacement, external tap, ground drainage
Pre survey done to identify various trades required and scheduled in. Good communication from Brett with regards to trades people and dates/times. All works carried out as per request, guys spot on communicated daily with updates and tidied up afterwards. Good service and would recommend.
