Tumble dryer wasn’t emptying the condensed water properly.
Zahm checked all appropriate filters then opened up the back of the machine and cleared out a soggy fluff buildup. He was polite, respectful of our home and very efficient. He wanted to be sure the machine was working properly again before accepting any payment. Would 100% recommend
I called on Sunday for same day service and was able to be booked in for the evening same day. The engineer came to install new washing machine. He was very professional and helpful. Advice and extra information was also given in regards to how to use and maintain the appliance. The whole customer experience from start to finish was excellent.
