Adam fixed a leak I had in my house. Welsh Water needed to be involved and he was patient and helped me navigate the situation. He fixed the issue quickly, leaving no mess behind. Also, his communication was very good. He was polite and professional, I always knew when he was going to come, if there was any updates on the arrival time and he arrived when he said he would. I would use his services again.

Attended the very next morning first thing and quoted me for the job showing excellent knowledge, options and advice.
