Ed was great - He arrived on time, carried out the work well and was friendly and professional throughout. Even though it felt like a small job, he never made us feel like it was a silly thing to call someone out for, which we really appreciated.

Ed showed me the various problems with the current leaking boiler and was able to fit a new one when I was available a week later. Turned up promptly in the morning on time and got to work with his colleagues and the job was completed without fuss. Would highly recommend.

They responded very quickly and came out to check our boiler. It turned out we needed a new one, and they were able to fit us in the very next morning. Despite it being an extremely hot day, they worked efficiently to install the new boiler in our loft. They were professional, responsive, and approachable throughout the whole process. We're very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

This was my second time using Ed after he installed a new boiler for me. I had an issue with a pressure tank and when I messaged him out of hours on the Thursday evening, he responded arranging to carry out the repair the next day - by 10am the Friday a new tank had been installed! Really good service and very reasonable prices
