Communication was good. Chris answered straight away. Came at time of appointment. There was a bit of a hiccup with some parts, but came next day straight away and sorted it out. Would recommend.

Great work, really great attention to detail with the silicone around the shower tray. Arrived when they said they would and very friendly - will definitely be using again!

Responded quickly and was helpfully flexible with appointment options. They had to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances but rebooked very promptly. Completed the job successfully, quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the service and I am hoping to use again for some additional home improvement jobs!

I had contacted Chris for a quote for new showers, however it turned out to be an emergency call out after my water tanks started leaking. Chris was brilliant and I think could sense my worry and sent Luke and Craig out within a matter of hours and they fixed the issue and checked things throughly before they left and reassured me things were fine. It was the best night sleep I’d had since I moved in, I am so grateful for how quickly they came out and how good they were, will 100% be using them again.

Apex plumbing (Luke) was absolutely flawless! Amazing customer service from start to finish, Great knowledge on the job in hand, got me involved when required so he could Taylor job to our requirements! All the work was carried out professionally and in a timely manner at a really reasonable cost with a 1 year warranty! Couldn’t recommend Apex and Luke’s services anymore 11/10!!
