Replaced water pump that had failed within a couple of days. Excellent communication.
Quick response to request for advice and help. Came as soon as he could to replace the pump (we ordered that and he came next day after delivery). Fixed a leaking toilet at same time! Unreliable
Luke arrived on time. Fixed the leak to hose connecting dishwasher and washing machine. Was good so gave him £10 tip, even though he asked £75.00 for half hour's work. As soon as he left I put on a wash as I had a couple of loads to do since it started to leak, and it still leaked. Fortunately I had asked for his phone number in case I needed him in future, so I rang him. Explained that the leak was still there and he said that he would come back the day after tomorrow. Fixing leaks coming through the ceiling

New en-suite shower
