Jay miller visited and discussed the work, agreed on work and paid him 30% deposit. Agreed on date to commence twice but they never turned up. After demanding refund, he is coming up with numerous excuses. Not sure how he got through checkatrade checks. He is saying he is unable to refund as he has already bought the material, but he is not willing to sent me the invoices so I could check if it is genuine. Normally the material would be delivered to my house, not his depot. So he is lying. This is now going on for 3 months, and surprised checkatrade has not contacted him on resolving.

I was extremely pleased with jay, on how he was always on time and never left a mess of any kind. However I was even more pleased with the work completed. It looks amazing and was completed to a royal standard. Highly recommend

Noticed Apex Roofing working down our road and asked them to quote for our roof replacement and rendering. Quote was competitive and used better materials than others suggested. Work was carried out on timely manner and apart from the great work wouldn’t even know they have been here! Recommend highly

This is the 2nd time I have used Jay and Apex Roofing on one of my rental properties, I live far away and cannot always get there to take a look, the inspection was in depth with follow up photos and videos, the work showed before, during and after photos. Excellent all round service and I can safely say I have found my roofer!
