  Flooring Specialist

  Posted 12 October

Laying of laminate flooring on bathroom and cloakroom floor.

Pawel responded quickly to my Checkatrade listing with photos. He submitted a quote which was acceptable and we arranged a date. He asked and I positively responded that I had all the material required. Pawel asked about an additional glue and sent me a picture which i subsequently purchased. Pawel had a vehicle problem so couldn’t make the first date but came the following day. He had experienced in laying this type of flooring so I felt confident. His communications with us was very good and if and when there was problems he discussed it with us. The job was completed and looks very good so we are pleased. Pawel cleared up all the debris before he left and said if we had any future problems with the flooring to contact him. Thoroughly recommend Pawel of A&P General Building to anyone who is considering similar flooring to be laid.

  Emergency Carpenter Service

  Posted 04 September

I had an emergency in my Kensington apartment

Pawel was extremely quick to respond when I urgently needed help with a hidden leak in my kitchen in Kensington. Not only did he identify and resolve the cause of the leak, but he also took care of the damage it had caused to my apartment. I’m very pleased with the service I received from A&P General Building, particularly their fast response time and the way the issue was handled from start to finish. I would happily recommend them.
