  Addition of rear Dormer, Chimney size reduced, Roof changed and updated with Velux windows.

  Very good job carried out by all workmen (which included Carpenters, Builders, Roofers, Plasterers, Electricians), and at a very sensible and realistic price.

  Double storey extension, new kitchen diner, internal renovations.

  I did a lot of research before I chose Aphex as it was a complex job and I wanted to get an experienced company with good references. I am so glad we chose Simon and his team to undertake the job as they kept us informed throughout and worked diligently at all times. We are really pleased with the finished result and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Kitchen refurb and structural work

  Thanks to Simon and the team for delivering another great project, this one a major kitchen refurb with structural alterations to open up the space up a bit. Coordination, comms and problem solving all excellent throughout. Special mention to Shane and Adam for top quality workmanship. See you on the next project.

  Removal of 2 supporting walls between kitchen, dining room and hallway and fitting of new kitchen.

  We are really happy with the work carried out for us by Aphex Homes. The workmanship is first class, was completed on budget and within the time frame laid out by Simon. His team are punctual, polite, considerate and highly skilled. Simon kept us informed and updated throughout the build so that we always knew who to expect and when to expect them. Any additional work incurring extra costs were priced and agreed before proceeding. All the work was carried out without the loss of any essential services for any length of time and to a very high standard. We would highly commend Aphex Homes.

  Internal remodel, new kitchen, patio doors/windows.

  Delighted with the new kitchen and ground floor remodel. The workmanship from John, Charlie and Shane was fabulous. There were a few issues during the build which did get resolved to our satisfaction.
