    Clearing brambles and weeds from between plants

    Tom was punctual and understood exactly what I needed doing. He finished the work in the expected amount of time and gave me a few tips about some of the plants. I will definitely use him again, in fact I have already booked him to come back. I would definitely recommend him.

    General tidy up of front garden

    I would highly recommend Tom. Post tree removal, I required him to tidy up shrubs, remove brambles and prune a large Laurel bush. He exceeded expectations and it looks so much better. Very happy with the end result, I will be using Tom in the future.

    Garden tidy up and tree pruning

    Similar to other reviews, some great work. Tom has maintained very good communication, he worked diligently the entire time he was with us pruning a tree and clearing out garden making it presentable. I've asked him to return if possible to continue as we were very happy and can absolutely recommend.

    General Garden work

    Tom is a hard working, punctual, and eye for the detail gardener. Used him on multiple occasions from removing tree and bamboo to pruning to returfing lawn. All work excellent and to highest standard. Highly recommend.

I am a Horticulturalist with 10-years' experience maintaining gardens to a very high standard in South-east London and Surrey. I have RHS training and currently work with a number of long-term clients in the area.


I provide plant and soil care, pruning, planting, weeding and lawn care services, as well as help tidying and clearing in advance of landscaping projects. I am happy to assist in restoring a garden, long-term maintenance or stripping back before starting over. I can also offer turf laying, and I am familiar with a variety of irrigation systems.


For me, it's important to understand gardening as a process, one that is specific to a location, and demands time and patience. As a professional gardener, it is my job to understand how you like to utilize the garden and respond to your personality and vision. A garden can be a very personal, private and therapeutic environment but also one that is family-friendly and entertaining. I am happy working in very tidy, formal gardens but also more natural, casual spaces. Together I am sure that we will be able to get the most out of your space.
