  Install a side door to a new build garage

  I chose A Plus Design and Build because of the really good reviews and it's a local company, I like that. When I first met Anthony the Governor, I liked him straight away. He is a top bloke and no request was too much trouble. His workers were really polite and done a cracking job installing my side garage door. At the time, my garage was full of stuff (crap) and they sheeted everything up and took all the rubbish away. If you're thinking of having a garage side door fitted, ask Anthony about me and you're welcome to check my door out.

  Added Dormers upstairs a Removed Fireplace in Lounge

  The work has been excellent. It was carried out quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the end result. We had a fireplace removed in our lounge so we can hang a tv and have media centre there and we had two new large dormers added to our top floor. Very pleased and highly recommended.

  Remove Structural Wall and New Kitchen

  This is the second project we have used A Plus for and it is safe to say we were as happy with this project as the first, which was a staircase replacement. We have received so many complements on our kitchen and the quality of the workmanship. Most importantly for me, I was comfortable asking questions about the work being carried out. At no point was anything too much and there were a number of examples where Anthony and Brad adjusted mid project for the new requirements.

  Removal of load bearing wall and Installation of kitchen

  This was the 2nd job Anthony has done for us (the first being a garage conversion). As before, Anthony did a fantastic job and I really cannot speak highly enough of him. He takes great pride in his work and fully understands how important the work he does is to his customer, no matter how big or small the job. He was always friendly and polite and made sure to keep us updated on how the work was progressing. He arranged for a number of different tradespeople to work on the project and they were all excellent too. I highly recommend and will always ring Anthony first for our next job.

  Replacing an old staircase

  Anthony and Brad did a fantastic job of removing what was an old and unsafe staircase and replacing with a hand made softwood staircase. The work was on time, as described and invoiced as per the original quote. Having two small children at home made it all the more important the work was carried out in a safe and skilled manner. I cannot fault the work and we have now decided to use A Plus Design and Build to carry out more work. If you want builders who you trust and are comfortable having in your home then I wouldn't look any further.

  Conversation of outside building into an office and internal insulation of a roomin the house
