Rang for a regular boiler service & thanks to a recent cancellation - Joe was able to do the service the very next day. This he did in his normal highly professional and communicative way. Looking forward to the next one!

My boiler was not working and searching for an engineer to fix the issue. I saw Joe’s company and rang him. He came straight away and knew exactly what the problem was. My boiler was sorted and fixed in less than a hour! Joe was so efficient, professional and friendly too. I would highly recommend him.

Joe power flushed our aging central heating system, replaced a rusted radiator and replaced valves where necessary. He completed the job in a day, single handedly as his colleague was unavailable. He worked quietly and efficiently, explaining progress clearly. When the job was completed, everywhere was left clean and tidy. Joe was very professional and polite and I would highly recommend his company.

I couldn’t recommend Joe from A Plus Heating and Plumbing Services more highly! I needed some pipes rerouted, including a gas pipe, to fully integrate my washing machine and Joe did an excellent job from start to finish. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and took the time to explain the job and his plan in detail, which really put me at ease. His communication was brilliant, responsive and professional throughout which made the whole process stress free. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing quality work. Everything was completed to a very high standard.

We called Joe after noticing that there was a continuous flush/leak in one of our toilets, likely costing us a fortune on our monthly water bill. Joe was quick, available, flexible and was great at explaining what he was doing / where the issues were. Hopefully we won’t have any more issues with plumbing in our home, but if we do I’ll be sure to give Joe a call!

Joe is very approachable, and friendly, was able to accommodate my additional requests, and explains the work he'll be carrying out. He replaced the boiler, hot water cylinder, and the associated parts including all the relevant piping of which there was a lot, along with a Hive system. He also installed a water softener, and quickly found solutions to some problems this presented, along with a hot water tap in the kitchen. Joe's work is to an excellent standard, and the pipework he replaced is a sight to behold! I highly recommend him, and will be asking him to service the system annually.
