I called Joe in the morning because we had no hot water. Joe answered the phone with one ring and said he could visit today. Joe arrived and fixed the issue and advised us on what to do to prevent the issue from reoccurring. The call out charge was very reasonable for same-day service. Joe was fantastic and will definitely be using his services again. Thank you

We had used A Plus (Joe) to carry out servicing of our boiler at our previous address, so when it came to needing a new boiler and radiator fitted in our new home we went straight to them! Highly competitive quote and very flexible with fitting us in when it worked best for us. Joe did a great job installing the boiler, rad & a new heating control system. On top of doing a fantastic job, Joe is a great guy. Very friendly and takes the time to talk through the work to be done and runs through system controls etc after completion! Highly recommend!!

Joe was great. Managed to isolate the problem the PRV needing to be replaced after the water softener resin membrane ruptured. He came very early the next day and spent 3 hours getting us back on track. Thank you. Very grateful.

Joe was an excellent choice for connecting my dual fuel cooker. He was thoughtful and deliberate in what needed to be done. He even went the extra mile in giving me some advice about a thermostat installation I was attempting. Definitely will use him again should the need arise.
