  Full 2 bed/2 bathroom refurbishment

  We would not hesitate to recommend A+ Design and Build to other people looking to update their home. Steve and Tony worked tirelessly with their team to bring our dream apartment to life. They were both friendly, professional, trustworthy and willing to work with us to complete our refurbishment within a tight deadline. The standard of finish is very high, helped by their attention to detail and care with materials. Importantly, for us, the A+ team worked with respect and consideration for other residents in the apartment block.

  Avoid. No aftercare

  We have an engineers report stating various areas of our kitchen refurb were installed incorrectly by this company. After promising to sort them out they are now simply ignoring us. They carried out a full renovation and we are encountering so many problems with the work they did. There is no after care whatsoever. We’ve tried communicating, virtually begging them to rectify the issues but they have simply walked away. We now have to spend extra money on repairs to work they did. It’s heartbreaking but they simply don’t care.

  Hi Lisa, we are sorry you feel this way, however important facts have been left out. The final payment was withheld not only from us but also subcontractors involved in the project. During this time, your husband made threats of violence towards members of our team, leaving staff and subcontractors unwilling to return to the property. In all our years of trading, this is the first review of this nature we have received. We will always support customers where possible, but we will never place our team in an environment where threatening behaviour has occurred.

  Plastered a corner of the room after demo work.

  Steve was great, turned up on time at short notice and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Plastering bedroom

  I had Steph and his team at A plus plaster my bedroom for me and what a great job they did to a very high standard with attention to detail. They were polite, efficient, clean and tidy. This is the second job they have completed for me they plastered my living room dining room and hallway previously. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the near future.
