Over and above what was expected
I contacted Keith with a blocked storm water drain. It’s an older house and he was very knowledgable about the area (Romford). He not only managed to swiftly solve a long standing block but did a double check on the other main foul and storm drains. There was an additional blockage which he cleared and helped with the drain cover. Very professional, very pleasant and reasonable cost for an experienced trades time.
