from initial call to work requested completion communication has been very good. the work was carried out very promptly and to a good standard. they identified a problem when guttering was removed and informed me of the issue they noticed and even went to investigate to see if it was a simple repair or more extensive work needed including taking photos to show me the damage. this work will be carried out when possible since getting a prompt quote
