Excellent in every way

We received good advice from the first phone conversation. The company sent someone out within days. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and after consulting Dimplex Support was able to tell us what was wrong, the replacement part needed and cost. He returned a couple of days later as promised and fitted the part and set up the system which now functions perfectly. We had a phone call from the company a couple of days later to check all was well. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Apollo and would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic communication, works and issues explained in layman's terms, works carried out competently, neatly and with respect to property and basically wouldn't have anyone else touch our electrics. Absolute professional and gentleman. Big thanks from us.

Jon came out really quickly and had already partially diagnosed on the call - so brought a spare switch over so he had it to change if that was the issue. He was quick to arrive, polite, and fixed the problem really quickly. Wish I'd called him sooner rather than a plumber who fitted a whole new shower before realising the shower was not the issue - then having to put my old shower back!
