James was very profeasional, on time, helpful & friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cleaning different types of carpets & rugs - you felt you were in safe hands as he carefully checked a handwoven wool rug for colour fastness. Would highly recommend.

Apple cleaning services came out to clean my 3 seater sofa & Lounge Carpet the whole process from my first initial call into office and the clean taking place I cannot fault - The team are very knowledgable, friendly & professional 10/10 all round from me. From start to finish Apple have been fantastic. They gave me a quote over the phone, and managed to fit it in around my busy family home.
