Terry and Joshua fitted over 70 stainless threaded inserts into two solid oak desktops. Positions had to be taken off the standing desk frames themselves, tolerance under a millimetre. One desk came back fully assembled, the other needing only the legs - both well protected in transit. Every insert sits flush, holes clean with no tear-out, everything lines up, nothing left to adjust. Frequent photo updates, and anything that came up was agreed before work started, not afterwards. Very reasonable quote and exceptional value for the quality. More work already lined up.

From start to finish Terry was brilliant. They took all the stress away by dealing with the local council for guidance and approval on the design and build of our windows. Installation was spot on, very polite, knowledgable and tidy. The quality of the windows are fantastic.

Really impressed with the service. They custom-made and fitted cupboard doors for us, and the work was done efficiently and to a very high standard.
