  Repair of Extractor Fan

  Extractor fan repair… told tenant it wasn’t worth bothering with a repair. After a second opinion a £10 part fixed the issue. Communication horrific and didn’t even have the decency to contact the landlord to explain the issue. I have used these previously and every time I tell myself never again. This time i will definitely stick to it!!!

  Washing machine stopped draining

  Washing machine packed up - with a new baby this was an almost immediate disaster. Steve got me booked in quickly and had the machine apart and the issue diagnosed within minutes - and even had a new part on the van to fix it on the spot. We were worried about finding the cost of a new machine at a time like this - instead Steve fixed it quickly, easily and very affordably! Friendly guy with a great service - anything else goes with any of my other machines I’ve got a go-to now! Thanks!

  Quick fix at a good price

  Needed an element changing, and the man that arrived was quick friendly and polite - and a good price! He luckily had an element on him so was able to do the job on the spot. Would recommend, thank you!

  Dryer drum fix

  The tradesman came to fix an issues with our dyer not spinning. Motor issue and fixed within great time. However, since the fix there has been intermittent issues of the drum not turning still, having to dry half loads where before it was able to handle full, which believes me to feel the motor is not strong enough to handle the load the dryer should be able too. Sometimes not working at all. Tried to contact to ask regarding this and what could be done and 4 weeks later, no response still.

  Dishwasher error code

  Advanced notice of arrival of tradesman not as arranged. Polite and helpful tradesman got rid of error code temporarily. Remedied a problem caused by disuse. Gave requested advice re preventing problems in future. Dishwasher not fixed: error code returned after tradesman left, even though I followed his advice. Non-existent aftercare. No reply to 4 different attempts to contact (even to the WhatsApp that I was asked to send!) Really disappointed with this after such good communication to acquire the job.

  Washing machine

  My washing machine door would not open, the engineer came on time, was friendly and helpful and fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely use this company again.
