  Indesit washing machine

  I called Norman re: issue of the washing machine this morning. He gave me a time for late afternoon. He arrived punctually. Half an hour later he resolved the problem and charged me a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Norman to anyone. Thank you.

  Electric oven repair

  Norman listened patiently as I described the problem with my oven over the phone as I tried, unsuccessfully for quite some time, to send him photos of the inside!He then advised that it was more expensive to repair my oven than to get a new one & suggested reasonable options. When Norman arrived to fit my new oven, there was a problem with the inside of the oven housing unit, it was wonky!Was worried Norman might say this is no good, give up & walk away.However, he persevered & designed & created a fix on the spot, with materials I had to hand.All systems go! Great job & tidy work.I recommend.

  Replacing a heating element in the oven

  Very prompt and efficient service. I had an issue with the oven tripping RCD. Norman immediately detected the fault, partly restored the oven to working condition, ordered the failed element and replaced it another day.
