Michael attend to make the initial assessment within 24 hours of our call about our faulty dishwasher. This took a few hours in very hot conditions. Michael was friendly, communicative and helpful throughout the process. The problem was identified professionally and clearly. Michael kept in touch in relation to the new part and returned within a few days to fit it. High quality service and we'd recommend Michael for any appliance repair needed.
