  Josh was excellent, very helpful in explaining what the issue was with both the oven and the washing machine. Repair work to the oven included replacement of the blown heating element, which Josh had a replacement for with him (following discussion prior to his visit about the make and model of the appliances). He was able to get both fixed without issue and was very communicative when booking the work to be done. Messaged him on Monday afternoon and he was over first thing Tuesday morning. Can definitely recommend!
