Paul was great with communication, on time, reliable and fixed the issue quickly!

Paul came out to assess what was wrong with my washing machine, he diagnosed the fault and within two days he was back with the part, and quickly and efficiently repaired my machine. He was a polite, professional and very friendly man. I would not hesitate to contact him again in the future, for any 'broken down' appliances. Thank you!

Response was speedy, the engineers communicated well and arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, discussed the costs and were speedy and tidy with the work. I was very pleased overall.
