I have used this tradesman many times now and every time he has been easy to contact and makes every effort to come as quickly as possible - even on New Years Day once. This time it was within 24 hours of the phone call. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, this time sorting out a tricky diagnosis quickly. He also had the replacement parts on his van, saving another delay. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Paul was fantastic, fixed it very quickly and even managed to find the part slightly cheaper so saved us £20. Would recommend
