Darren arrived at the time slot provided inspected the machine and presented an economical solution even advising that due to the nature of the spare that it could be on an extended delivery which some companies wouldn’t do ! From the initial phone call through to the visit and diagnosis Darren was nothing short of professional and courteous. I will be recommending him to others based on his performance.
