EICR, consumer unit upgrade and light installation

Jeff has previously done some work in a commercial setting for me before and it was carried out in the highest of standards. This time round I invited him into my home to carry out an EICR, upgrade our outdated consumer unit ahead of adding EV, Battery and Solar facilities and also installed some outdoor lighting on either side of our front door, which was hard work. We live in an Edwardian property, so everything is a challenge, something Jeff breezed through.

Called about issue with electronic water heater. via check a trade as reviews were so good. Didn't disappoin. Jeff came on time assessed the issue and sorted it alo ng with instructions on what to do if issue happened again. Wouldn't invoice until I texted back that tenant was happy. Jeff generated a quote based on photographs as I live quite a distance away from Gosforth. But gave a really competitive price and arrived within 7 days of the quote. The job ended up being really fiddly and not very straightforward, but a quality job was done at no extra cost to fix the additional issues that cropped up.
