Power went off in the house so I rang up. He was super helpful over the phone and whatsapp messenger. When the problem wouldn't be solved over the phone, Jeff came out on super short notice and made it to us way quicker than we thought! He showed me the problem and solved it very quickly. Very professional and knowledgable. For an emergency call-out, he was very affordable.
