I can't recommend Gold Star Plumbing and Heating for the work done, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to the job. From the very beginning, they were punctual, courteous, and took the time to understand my requirements. Their expertise in Gas Safe heating/plumbing was evident throughout, delivering work that was not only completed to a high standard but also with great attention to detail. He kept the workspace tidy, communicated clearly about timelines and costs, and ensured I was happy with every aspect of the job.

We had come back from a six week trip to find neither the heating nor hot water worked. We had emergency cover with an insurance company. The next 10 days were a nightmare - poor quality engineering, terrible communications. In the end I took over and found Gold Star via Checkatrade. What a difference! Andre was very thorough and professional, discovered multiple problems and gave a fair quote. He then did an excellent job to fix everything. Communication was also very good. In the end he was able to charge me less than his quote as one part of the work proved easier.

Gold Star Plumbing and Heating was great. I got an appointment quickly to have the boiler serviced and he was so helpful. Reliable, and explained everything. It is so hard to find a good reliable plumber and I would definitely recommend Gold Star!
